b. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and cash. Payment must be completed in full before products are shipped or services are performed.
c. Refunds and Exchanges: For product returns or exchanges, please see our Refunds and Exchanges Policy. Service-related refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Refunds and Exchanges
a. Products: We may accept returns on products within 30 days for store item purchases of under $100, provided they are in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and receipts. We do not offer returns or refunds for purchases of items totaling $100 or more. The final decision on whether or not a return or refund will be accepted is to be determined by JD Computers.
b. Services: Service-related returns or refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with a repair service, please contact us to discuss your concerns.
c. To initiate a return or refund, please visit our store location directly.
5. Repair Services
a. Repair Estimates: We will provide an estimate for repair services. If additional issues are discovered, we will notify you and provide a revised estimate.
b. Additional Issues: If you are having issues after a repair has been performed, you can bring your device back into the shop within 30 days and we will investigate the issue further. We are not guaranteeing additional fixes after the initial repair is performed.Â
c. Check-Out: Once you check out and pick up your device after a repair, you acknowledge that the requested repair service has been completed and your device is functioning as desired.
6. Privacy Policy
a. Information Collection: We collect personal information such as names, contact details, and payment information to process orders and provide services.
b. Data Protection: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
c. Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who assist us in delivering our products and services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JD Computers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our products or services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
